Printer Support and Maintenance Agreement

Ameri-Tech Concepts' Printer Support and Maintenance Agreement provides printer repair services on a time and material basis. The Agreement allows you to pre-purchase service hours at a discount. Our Printer Support and Maintenance Agreement offers several advantages:

When you need our repair services, you have the highest priority.
Pre-purchased hours never expire and can be used for any services that we provide.
Clients with an Agreement receive a discount on parts.
Travel charges are waived.

Note: All service calls incur a one-hour minimum charge.

Computer and Network Support Contract

Ameri-Tech Concepts' Computer and Network Support Contract provides a framework for technical services, support, and training. The Contract secures for you a block of hours to use for any of the services we provide: hardware or software configuration, maintenance, training, telephone or in-person support, consulting, etc.

Investing in a Computer and Network Support Contract assures that you'll have the help you need when you want it, at a price you can afford.
